RelationshipOS is built for the space in between: the follow-up that didn't happen, the lab that came back and nobody reviewed, the membership quietly lapsing.

Every feature is judged against one bar: does it improve both the patient's experience and the clinic's business? If it only does one, it doesn't ship.

Design principle

Reduce effort without reducing control.

Renewals are a good example. Instead of forcing autopay, patients get a clear choice — pay now, keep the date, ask for a different one, or talk to the clinic. Less admin for staff, no loss of agency for the patient.

  • Role-based access control across every clinical and administrative action
  • Multi-factor authentication for staff, with step-up re-authentication on sensitive operations
  • A tamper-evident, hash-chained audit log with an integrity check that can be verified on demand
  • Strict tenant isolation, so one clinic's records are unreachable from another's
  • Idle session timeouts, token revocation, and time-limited emergency access that is logged when used
  • Patient privacy rights tooling — records export, disclosure accounting, authorizations and restriction flags
  • Breach and incident workflow with deadline tracking and an exportable evidence packet
  • Encryption in transit, and minimum-necessary scoping so staff see only what their role requires
On compliance claims. HIPAA compliance is a property of an organization and its practices, not a checkbox a vendor can tick on your behalf. RelationshipOS provides the technical safeguards described above and will enter into a Business Associate Agreement with clinics that use it. Your own policies, training, risk analysis and vendor agreements remain yours.
